    I wanted to send a quick letter to the entire MOGmine team saying “thanks!” for helping my character achieve the coveted “High Warlord” status. The reason I chose to use MOGmine was based on your promise that each MOGmine employee was professional, courteous and could speak and understand English – The latter being most important to me, as my character was always a part of “roll” teams and needed to follow explicit instructions in order to win. MOGmine was all of these things and your gamers and company offer a truly incredible service that isn’t available anywhere else.

    In the past I’ve handed over my account to other companies that offer services similar to yours and been extremely disappointed. For example, other “PL” companies rarely follow instructions. I’ve caught them farming for items or gold in another part of the game when I paid for them to PVP… And when I’d log back on, my character would have less gold than when he started and items missing from the bank!! I’ve also had experiences where people on my server would get wind that a “farmer” was playing my account and start sending messages in Chinese like, “Ni Hao, ba xiu huang jin, ci ke!” (“Hello, give me gold, now!”) and the player would RESPOND BACK from my character in Chinese!!! You can imagine how HORRIFIED I was to see the forums littered with screen shots of my character having multiple conversations with players in Chinese. How embarrassing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Never ONCE did I run into any of these situations with the incredible staff of gamers at MOGmine. In fact, 99% of the time I’d log back onto my character and find more gold and items on him than when I turned the account over to you! If someone accused them of being a “farmer” they would get right up in their face and tell them to STFU! Awesome, MOGmine – You guys ROCK!!!

    I was also pleasantly surprised to see how far MOGmine was willing to go in terms of customer satisfaction. For example, when I asked your employees to join TeamSpeak or Ventrilo channels, they always did and clearly communicated with the other players. When asked to stop playing so I could log in and play, they always would. When told to follow honor caps for the week, they always hit them. When I asked them to level up certain skills or professions during queue wait times, they did their best. If I ever wanted to check on the status of my character (Which was often, sometimes 2-3 times per day!) a MOGmine employee was always minutes away and gave me a perfect, up to the minute status. MOGmine would always let me in on the latest “server gossip” so I never felt out of the loop. In fact, I was totally blown away when I got a phone call from a MOGmine employee asking how my character should react to some drama happening within my guild!!! This type of customer service simply does not exist with any other company and is truly what makes the professional gamers at MOGmine stand above every other PL company.

    MOGmine speaks the truth – They are professional gamers that offer a truly incredible service. I couldn’t be happier… In fact, I’m elated with the service and I plan on re-hiring you all once the expansion comes out.
